1、 Optimization of noise reduction performance

Precise adjustment of pre tension force, dynamically monitoring the pre tension force through a tension meter, controlled at the critical value of 15% of the synchronous belt tensile strength, eliminating transmission clearance and avoiding excessive wear.

Positioning accuracy guarantee, the pre tightening adjustment screw accuracy of the linear guide rail reaches 0.05mm level, and the contact stress is automatically adjusted when the load suddenly changes , ensuring a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.05mm.

Motor collaborative control adopts S-shaped velocity curve algorithm to control the rate of acceleration change to reduce mechanical impact, and avoid shaking caused by emergency start stop.

The lubrication system is refined with built-in pressure sensors to control grease injection, extending its lifespan and reducing maintenance frequency.
