This series improves rigidity by optimizing the structure and adopting a design of 6 load ball columns, which evenly distributes the rolling protrusions on the outer circumference of the spline shaft and reduces ineffective travel at the corners.

    High rigidity and high load:Three rolling protrusions are evenly distributed around the outer circumference of the spline at a 120 ° angle, each of which is clamped by two rows of steel balls on the left and right sides. Pre pressure is applied through a single flower key nut to eliminate rotational clearance, greatly improving rigidity.

     

    Zero clearance high precision: The preloading structure achieves zero clearance in the rotation direction, ensuring high positioning accuracy.

     

    Multi directional load capacity: It can simultaneously withstand radial and axial loads and moments, with outstanding resistance to cantilever loads.
